A vibrant and expressive maritime climate style, showing lemongrass, guava and passionfruit aromas. The palate is well balanced between its vibrant citrus profile and a hint of grassy notes with a crisp, refreshing acid profile. Light, refreshing and quaffable.

The “Sauv Blanc” portion was blended for its fruity drive to support the great varietal Semillon flavours. Pale green in colour with intense citrus, green apple and grassy notes on the nose. The palate has great length and lemony acidity and a nice mineral drive.

Displaying typical characteristics of lychees, musk and Turkish delight. Very refreshing, delicate and a drier style to allow the varietal characters to express with crisp acidity to finish.

Textbook Hunter Valley Semillon from an outstanding vintage, the nose is vibrant with an abundance of citrus fruits and floral elements. The palate is medium bodied, yet intense, with great length and brisk acidity.

A classic cool climate style showing lifted citrus notes with a hint of pear and ginger. The palate continues these citrus and pear flavours but has lovely fine-grained texture and soft acid finish, which is a hallmark of pinot Gris.

Just like Nonno makes it.

This softer style Merlot displays forest fruit and plum characters, dark chocolate flavours in the mouth with a supple medium weight tannin finish Stein Farm Series Merlot.

This red wine is medium bodied with good concentration of black fruits, savoury tannis and great length.

A modern medium bodied Australian Shiraz, the nose shows bright red fruits and savory spice which follows onto the palate. Primary, bright fruits balanced by soft, savory tannins and a crunch acidity adds to the wine’s complexity.

This Shiraz displays dark berry fruits, dark plums with hints of coconut and vanilla. Medium Tannins on the back palate give it great length of flavour.

The 2021 “Cab Sauv” displays dark berry with hints of dark chocolate, and supple tannins leading to a great length of flavour. Enjoyed particularly with red meat or pasta with a rich sauce.

Of Ruby-red colour, the wine unfolds fresh red fruits and soft vanilla notes on the nose. It offers a medium body and soft tannins on the palate.

Ruby in colour, the wine unfolds on the nose intense red fruits, such as plums and cassis. On the palate, its tannins feel elegant and it offers a long ending.

A Winemakers Reserve Experimental wine which was produced by using three different red wine making techniques. Its nose excludes a bouquet of performed roses and confectionery characters that will leave a lovely rich lingering palate reminiscent of strawberry liquer centered chocolates, with fine coconut oak and soft warming tannins.
