10/10 — absolutely fabulous! The food was incredible and the customer service was impeccable. Anthony was so attentive throughout our visit, and it was genuinely lovely to see how patient, encouraging and supportive he was with the staff member who was training.
The food was clearly homemade and absolutely delicious — you could really taste the care that went into it. They were also incredibly accommodating of my friend’s gluten intolerance, which made the experience even better.
Amazing food, exceptional service and such a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely be back!

Waited a total of 90 mins for our food with minimal apologies. We were somehow forgotten by the wait staff and the management did nothing to compensate.

Edit, as a response is not an option.This is the 2nd time we’ve dined with you, the 1st of them being January 7th 2026, bill paid at 19:16hrs. We waited well over an hour in total for our meal, with many other tables being served before us. The manager was not in touch with how the restaurant was being run and the only apologetic staff member was the young man waiting our table.

I came in for dinner last night with my husband, and we had a lovely experience. Despite how busy it was, we were greeted warmly and the staff remained attentive and caring throughout the evening.

When taking our order, one of the more experienced team members was humorous, helpful and made us feel very welcome. While we waited for our meals, another staff member was kind and caring. We also noticed several very kind, tall and confident young women working there which was lovely to see.

The environment was lovely, and all the staff were friendly, attentive and caring. It was wonderful to see such genuine hospitality in a modern setting. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back!

I’ve been to Pietro 2 times now and I’ve been blown away by the service and food each time. The food truly does speak for itself, absolutely impeccable. The staff are so happy, knowledgeable and attentive. And of course the owner! Always a joy to speak to. He carried my baby around the first time I visited so I could eat, and it’s just those special little touches which makes dining out so memorable

Thank you to the staff at Pietro for your care and dedication, and for the food 🤤 my goodness the food. I would like to try everything but I just can’t seem to stray from the arancini and cutlets!

I came in on Saturday night with my family for dinner, and we were served by a lovely young girl named Willow. She was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the evening. She made us feel very welcome and helped make our dining experience enjoyable. We were very impressed with her positive attitude and professionalism.

My first visit and my Sister's 2nd visit to this amazing restaurant. The food is exceptional, really delicious, the Manager 'Anthony' made us feel very welcome and accommodated all our requests in regard to food. Exceptionally beautiful restaurant set on sprawling grounds. We came for a lunch in Autumn and were blown away by just how gorgeous everything was.

The owner (?) provided wonderful, accommodating service. He was so friendly to our family and made us laugh and feel comfortable. He even complimented my very poor Italian, so you know he’s an experienced charmer, haha.

The food was absolutely delicious. My family raved about the pizza and pasta, and the garlic herb bread was gorgeous. The owner encouraged to eat my lamb cutlets off the bone using my hands, and you don’t have to tell me twice! It’s just a shame we over ordered. We were so full that we didn’t get a chance to taste the gelato. I guess that means we’ll have to make a hasty return.

Was Met by a smiling Anthony introducing himself as we entered, the way a restaurant should be run.
The Staff were friendly and we did not have to wait long for the food to start arriving once we ordered, very impressive as it was a full house..
Anthony worked the room ensuring everyone in the restaurant was happy on multiple occasions.
The Food was not just fresh,the taste buds were tantalised, it was delicious and by far the best italian Restaurant i have eaten in for a long time.
The Ambience was fantastic, maybe Anthony can sing to us in Italian next time 😂 and the Heritage building is stunning..

We went to Pietro Ristorante that I found by chance.
It has amazing food, drinks/cocktails and good coffee.
We were lucky enought to meet the owner who is passionate about the heritage of the building and making the ristorante shine which we think It has definately achieved.

The food was decent, although it was a bit odd that the Arancini is advertised on the menu as 'rice balls' but is a single large ball. This was a surprise when it came out. The garlic bread and pizza were pretty good. The wait also wasn't too bad for a Saturday night.
However, my first impression when we got there - the door was locked. Someone must have flicked the handle locked. While this isn't the restaurants fault, I thought someone might see us struggling to get in and let us in; we could only get in when another customer exited, and were confused if we were even in the right place.
The owner/manager was nice and helped us out when we called earlier in the day as we didn't receive a confirmation for our online bookingn
It was also pretty hot in there and the aircon above us was busted, so only one other in the dining room worked. I probably wouldn't dine in here again.

We had the most beautiful experience at Pietro Italian Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and so accommodating — they truly make you feel like part of the family.

The food was absolutely superb. My husband ordered the veal, which was tender and full of flavour, and I chose the anchovy and olive pizza — perfectly balanced, generous toppings and a beautiful crisp base.

The entrées are a must! The figs were divine, and the garlic prawns in napolitana sauce were rich, comforting and cooked to perfection. Pair that with their delicious cocktails and a fantastic Italian wine list, and you have the perfect lunch or night out.

It’s such a wonderful spot to gather with family and friends and enjoy authentic Italian food in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We can’t wait to return! 🇮🇹🍷🍕

Amazing food and even better hospitality.

Came here with my dad, my wife, and our newborn daughter. When she started getting unsettled, the owner Anthony kindly offered to hold her and walked her around so we could finish our meal. That level of care and warmth meant a lot to us.

The food was authentic and delicious, and the atmosphere felt like family. You can tell this place is run with heart.

Highly recommend Pietro Italian. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Location! Easily worth the 10min drive from penrith. Food was decently priced and very good. Will be back so we can try more of the pizzas and pasta. The entrie of salt and pepper calamari was a big portion size and the servive was amazing Anthony was running the show like a real profesional and very nice to chat with.
Also the grounds and building are really something special for the penrith region.

Underwhelming. When I think of Italian food I think of generosity. When my $32.50 meatball pasta comes out with 3 small meatballs I was confused. Good thing my wife or son didnt ask to try my dish I would only have one left. The meatballs were lovely and so was the sauce. But 3 meatballs for a $32.50. The pumpkin ravioli was over powered by lemon and you couldn't taste the pumpkin. You couldn't taste the beef in the tortellini and it didnt even have any texture of meat. But again the sauce was lovely. The garlic bread was too doughy. We were even asked to hold onto our cutlery from our entre.This place used to be special...I even told all of my friends to visit it when they were at Warragamba.

Pietro really exceeded expectations

After googling for authentic italian restaurants around me and reading reviews, my husband and I ended up choosing pietro. This place didn’t disappoint. The service was great, staff very welcoming, and ambience of the place fitted the date-night vibe. We ordered the bruschetta pizza, I wish I had words to describe that pizza base! We demolished the whole pizza in less that 5mins.
